In most cases, a coach then piles additional work on to owners who are already struggling to get things done. Coaching can be a huge waste of time and money. We take a different approach. Before providing coaching, we implement a business framework and playbook for you. We do the heavy lifting with you or for you, depending on your knowledge and capacity. We do coaching only when you can really benefit from it. Our coaching / advising sessions make sure you receive regular, focused guidance to address challenges and keep your business on track. In these sessions, we discuss challenges, create solutions, and measure your progress. Coaching sessions can cover a broad range of topics from sales to financial performance to operations to issues with your team. Together, we will deal with your challenges and roadblocks. PLEASE NOTE: As a matter of integrity, we offer ongoing advising and coaching only to companies that have the means to implement. If all you receive from advising are ideas you have no way to implement, it is a waste of time and money. We are not willing to accept your money for advising if all you receive are ideas you can't act on.
